The 48th Foundational Day of the State Institute for Administrative Careers (SIAC) was celebrated with great enthusiasm. SIAC boasts a rich history of nearly five decades of producing successful alumni who have excelled in various administrative and civil services roles, contributing significantly to public service and leadership across the nation. The event was inaugurated by one such alumni as the esteemed Chief Guest, who currently holds a distinguished position in public service and administration Dr. Ravindra Shisve, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Railways, Mumbai.
The inaugural ceremony commenced with Dr. Ravindra Shisve, IPS paying tribute to the revered leader, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, by garlanding his image. Following the inauguration, an essay competition was announced for the students of admission batch 2024-25 by Prof. Dr. Bhavana Patole, Director, SIAC. Overall the event filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm towards national service.
